NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of Construction of Mission Style sidewalk and Mission Style driveway approach per City and ADA standards in effect at the time that construction is required. The required improvements include but not limited to, removal and replacement of the grey sidewalk, driveway approach, and utility boxes along the Pacific Street frontage with the Mission Style sidewalk color and finish. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: Legal: That parcel described in Grant Deed per document #2012035157 as recorded in the San Luis Obispo County Clerk/Recorders office, in the State of California 2.
