NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage/street improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, installation of sidewalk, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction.
