WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 1357 Phillips Lane, San Luis
Obispo, CA 93401, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the Public Works
Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said property conditioned upon execution of
a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said improvements at such time in the future as the city may request
same.
NOW'I`I-IERE FORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain
public improvements consisting of: Upgrading 1357 Phillips Lane's driveway approach to meet ADA standards
and City Engineering Standards. The scope of work may include but Is not limited to additional grading,
drainage Improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk nuderdrains, and replacement or alterations to
the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction.
Time undersigned owner(s) of property hercinatler described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install
all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo
requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described
as follows:
Legal: Grant Deed document # 20ISO23SS6 recorded by the County Recorder's Office of San Luis
Obispo on May IS, 20IS. Legal description:
Lot 17, in block 1 of 1-lathwxy's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, according to map filed
for record October 18, 1887 in Book A, Page 130 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
Son Luis Obispo County.
Assessor's Parcel Number: 001-213-005
Commonly known as 1357 Phillips Lane, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns.
