acting City Clerk of the City of San Luis Obispo,
California, hereby certify that the attached is a
true copy of an act of the Legislature of the State
of California, incorporating the Town of San Luis
Obispo, California, effective February 19, 1856.
I further certify that the City of San Luis
Obispo has continued to the present date as a
Municipal Corporation under the provisions of the
Constitution of the State of California.
