Regular Meeting of the Active Transportation Committee
CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the San Luis Obispo Active Transportation Committee was called to order
on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room located at 990 Palm
Street, San Luis Obispo, California, by Chair Mills.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Members Lea Brooks (vice chair), Francine Levin, Russell Mills (chair),
Garrett Otto, and Jonathan Roberts
Absent: Jill Caggiano, and Kimmie Nguyen
Staff: Adam Fukushima and Jennifer Rice

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Review Minutes of the Active Transportation Committee Meeting of May 18, 2023:
ACTION: UPON MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER BROOKS, SECONDED BY
COMMITTEE MEMBER OTTO, CARRIED 5-1-0 (COMMITTEE MEMBER ROBERTS
ABSTAINED), to approve the Minutes of the Active Transportation Committee Meeting of
May 18, 2023, as presented.
PRESENTATION ITEMS
2. New Mobility Division in Public Works Dept
Rice provided a presentation and responded to Committee inquiries.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m. The next Regular Active Transportation Committee

Room, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
