The City's acceptance of this Offer of Dedication is subject to Offeror's completion of those certain improvements on the aforementioned Easement Area which are described in the attached Easement Agreement and defined therein as the "Phase 1 Public Improvements", and on Offeror's maintenance of the Easement Area in a good and orderly manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the Easement Agreement, and may be accepted by the City at any time IOD.FroomCreekRestoration.20230812, 01 Q ZZ\?-
