Miller City Administrator FROM: Wayne A..Peter n City Engineer RE: Storm Drain Easement to City (Michael Pineau) The attached easement document;.has .:been submitted = in- .conjuric= tion with building permits at 1741 and 1745 Nipomo Street.- treet A. 54 -inch diameter storm drain was constructed without the record - ation of an easement several years ago. This drain is not adequate to accommodate a "100 -year storm ". At the time the drain was installed, -the size was adequate based on the criteria in effect. However, we'will have the right to enlarge this facility at some later date within this easement.. rOur Recommendation is for the City Council to accept this easement and cause it to be recorded.
