the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Church Street!, said Point Bears-S 53°
07' W;148;.94 feet from the centerline - intersection of Church Street and Nipomo
Street, as shown on the aformentioned map and thence:
(1.) N 06 04' 00" W 145.53`feet to the intersection of the northerly lot line
of ?mot 5 in said Block 95, said intersection being 73.: feet, along the lot line
and its extension, from the centerline of Nipomo Street, thence continuing.
(2.) N 06° 04' 00"W143-44' feet to a point in the centerline of Nipomo Street,
said Point Bears S 36 ° „'`53' 00” E, 101.77 feet from the intersection of the center-
line of Nipomo Street with the centerline of Leff Street. The sidelines of said
Easement to be extended to meet the property lines.

RE: Storm Drain Easement to City
(Michael Pineau)
The attached easement document;.has .:been submitted = in- .conjuric=
tion with building permits at 1741 and 1745 Nipomo Street.-
treet A.
54 -inch diameter storm drain was constructed without the record -
ation of an easement several years ago. This drain is not adequate
to accommodate a "100 -year storm ". At the time the drain was
installed, -the size was adequate based on the criteria in effect.
However, we'will have the right to enlarge this facility at
some later date within this easement..
rOur Recommendation is for the City Council to accept this
easement and cause it to be recorded.
