RESOLUTION No, 368 (New Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM CAROLINE M.
CONDIT,.ET AL,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, that that certain1deed dated September 30, 1931, and
conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property herein-
after described, for street purposes only and for the purpose of
widening Lizzie Street in said City, be, and the same is.hereby
accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo,
Said real property is described as followst Beginning at
the Northeasterly corner of Johnson and Lizzie Streets in said
City of San Luis Obispo, and running thence Northwesterly
along said Northeasterly line of Johnson Street, Eighteen
(18) feet; thence leaving said Street and running North 5310
38' East, parallel with the Northwesterly line of Lizzie
Street, four hundred and fifty-three (453) feet to a post
in the line of the land formerly owned by John Corbit; thence
South 2910 26' East, along said line, to the Northwesterly
line of Lizzie Street; thence South 53� 380 Test along said
Northwesterly line of Lizzie Street, four-hundred and fifty
(450) feet, Gore or- less-, -to the Northeasterly line of John-
son Street and point of -beginfiVig.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1932, by
the following voter
AYES; John Chapek, H.E.Cox, L.J.Defosset, L.F.Sinsheimer
