THIS INDENTURE made this day of February, 1936, between
FRED L. GARRETT and FLORENCE V. GARRETT, both of the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, the parties of the first part, and

CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, the party of the second part,-
PiITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the construction and maintenance of a public
street over the premises hereinafter described, by the said party of
the second part,.do by these presents grant, bargain and sell unto

the said party of the second part the right of way and incidents there-
to for a public highway over that certain real property situate in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as
follows, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 151 of
Harfords Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo as shown on a
map now on file in the County Recorders Office, San Luis Obispo
County, California_; and - entitled, "Map of J. Harfordt's Addition
to the City of San Luis Obispo "; thence running from said point
of beginning South 893301 Vilest 268.57 feet along the Northerly
line of Sandercock Street in the City of San Luis Obispo if said
Street were extended Westerly and across said Lot 4, Block 151
to its intersection with the Easterly line of,,Beebee Street in
said City; thence South 0003T East 6Q..00 feet along the said
Easterly line of Beebee Street to its intersection with the
Southerly line of said Sandercock Street if extended Westerly;
thence North 890301 East 268.57 feet along the Southerly line
of said.Sandercock Streetvif extended Westerly .9to its intersection
with the Easterly line of said Lot 4; thence North 0003' Vilest
60.00 feet along the said Easterly line of Lot 4 to the point of
beginning and being a part of said Lot 4, Block 151 of Harfords
Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM FRED
L. GA.RRETT AND FLORLNE CE V. GARRETTT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
That that certGin deed dated February 18, 19369 made and executed
by Fred L. Garrett and Florence V. Garrett and.conveying to the City
of San Luis Obispo a right -of -way for road purposes across the fol-
lowing described property, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 41 Block 151 of
Harfords Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo as shown on
a map now on file in the County Recorders Office, San Luis
Obispo County, California, and entitled, "Map of J. Harfordls
Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo"; thence running from
said paint of beginning South 89 0301 Lest 266.57 feet along
the Northerly line of Sandercock Street in the City of Ean Luis
Obispo if said Street r;ere extended S;esterly acid across said
Lot 4, Block 151 to its intersection with the Easterly line of
