SAN LUIS BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, does
hereby grant unto the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation
of the State of California, for the purposes of a public alley and for
the purpose of laying, constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing
and removing sewer lines, water lines, telephone lines and electric
power lines, a perpetual right of way and easement on, over and across
the following real property, situate in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as
follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of Lot Six (6)2
Block Thirty -one (31), City of San Luis Obispo, as per Harris and Ward's
Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, California,'on file in the office
of the County Recorder of the County..of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, in Book A of Maps at Page 168; thence running from said
point of beginning North 530 381 East, 150.00 feet along the North-
westerly line of said Lot Six (6) to the most Northerly corner thereof
and a point on the Southwesterly line of Toro Street in said City;
thence South 360 221 East, along said Southwesterly line of Toro Street,
14 feet to a point; thence South 530 38' West, 76.32 feet, parallel to
the Northwesterly line of said Lot Six and Fourteen (14) feet at right
angles therefrom to a point; thence South 640 24' West, 73.68 feet to
the point of beginning, and being a part of said Lot Six (6), Block
Thirty -one, City of San Luis Obispo, California.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused its corporate
name and seal to be affixed hereto and this intrument to be executed
by its President and Secretary thereunto duly authorized this
day of December, 1937.
