Beginning at the intersection of the westerly right -of -way
line'of South Higuera Street (as existing on November 17, 1978)
and the northerly-'line of Lot 15 of the aforementioned tract;
the true point of beginning.
Thence, South 260 15' West a distance of 264.00 feet. more or
less to the intersection of the aforementioned westerly right -
of -way line and the southerly line of the aforementioned Lot 15.
Thence, westerly North 640 05' West, along the southerly line of
Lot 15 a distance-of 9.00 feet.
Thence, North 260 15' East, parallel .to the aforementioned
westerly right -of -way line a distance of 264.00 feet more or
less to the northerly line of Lot 15.
