ROGER S. and BARBARA KEEP, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the
City of San-Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace and remove a
public storm drain in and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in
width in a portion of parcels A and B of parcel.map number SLO -68 -37
as recorded in Book 2 of parcel maps, page 79, the centerline of said
strip of land being more precisely described as follows:
Beginning at the northerly corner of parcel A as indicated
on the aforementioned map, thence along the northeasterly
property line of said parcel south 360 23' east a distance
of 5.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Thence, south 27058'18" west a distance of 69.39 feet more
or less to a point on the southerly line of parcel A, also
being the northerly,line of parcel B.
Thence, south 45024'19" west a distance of 63.14 feet more
or less to a point on the southerly line of parcel B.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
