DEED.
1 THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF MONTEREY - FRESNO, a corporation
2 sole, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, receipt of
3 which is acknowledged does hereby grant, convey and dedicate to
4 the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation of the State
5 of California, a right of way and incidents thereto, for street
6 and sidewalk purposes, upon, over and across the real property
7 hereinafter described, with the right to grantee to remove or cause
8 to be removed from said real property any soil that may be found
9 necessary to fit the same for the purposes herein intended, and
10 Id th the further right to grantee to lay and construct, or cause to
11 be laid and constructed on said real property such sidewalks, curbs,
12 walls or other works and improvements as may be deemed necessary or
13 proper.
14 Said real property is .situated in the City of San Luis Obispo,
15 County of San Luis Obispo, .State. of California, and is described as
16 follows, to wit:
17 Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line
of Monterey Street with the easterly line of Broad Street,
18 which street is sometimes called North Broad Street; thence
northeasterly along said northerly line of Monterey Street,
19 five (5) feet to a point; thence northwesterly, and paral-
lel to said easterly line of North Broad Street, to a point
20 five (5) feet southeasterly from the southerly line of Palm
Street; thence northeasterly, parallel to said southerly
21 line of Palm Street and five (5) feet therefrom, to the
22 westerly line of Chorro Street; thence northwesterly along
said westerly line of Chorro Street five (5) feet to the
23 southerly line of Palm Street; thence southeasterly along
said southerly line of Palm Street to its intersection
with the easterly line of North Broad Street; thence south-
24 easterly along said easterly line of North Broad Street,
to the point of beginning; and being a part of Block No.
25 Eleven (11) of the City of San Luis Obispo.
26 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation sole has caused its cor-
27 porate name and seal to be affixed hereto and this instrument to be

A P.ESOLUTION,ACCEPTING A DEER FROM THE
ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF MONTEREY - FRESNO.
BE IT RE-SOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
That that certain deed dated October 11, 1933, made snd exe-
cuted by the Roman Catholic Bishop of onterey- Fresno, a eorporationr.sole,
and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a right of way for street
and sidewalk purposes over and across the following described property,
situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, to -wit:
Commencing at the intersection.of the northerly line
of Monterey Street with the easterly line of Broad
Street, which street is sometimes called North Broad
Street; thence northea.sterl along said northerly lire
of Monterey Street; five (5K feet to s point; thence
northwesterly, and parallel to said easterly line of
North Broad Street, to a point five (5) feet south-
easterly from'the southerly line of Palm Street; thence
northeasterly, parallel to said southerly line of Palm
Street and five-(5) feet therefrom, to the westerly
line of Chorro'Street five (5) feet to the said souther-
ly Iine of Palm Street;_ thence southeasterly along said
