Beginning at the centerline intersection monument at the inter-
section of Prefumo Canyon Road and Del Rio as recorded in Tract
403, records of said County; Thence, along the centerline of
said Pre,fumo Canyon Road North 450 30' 00" East 70.00 Feet to the
centerline of the storm drain; Thence, South 440 30' 00" East 32.00
Feet; Thence, South 710 55' 24" East 5.00 Feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 240.00 Feet;
Thence, along sas.d curve through a central angle of 10 11' 12" to
a point on the right of way line of Prefumo Canyon Road.,. a distance
of 4.97 Feet the true point of beginning; Thence, continuing along
said curve through a central angle of 260 14' 12" a distance of
