1939, between SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, and its
Lessee, SOS PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation, first parties, and
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO$ a: municipal corporation of the State of
California, seco3x*L party,
WITNESSETH:
That said first parties, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten (10) Dollars, lawful money of the Uhited States of America, to
them paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby a.c-
knowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and con-
firm unto the said second party, and to its successors and assigns
forever, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the City of San Luis.Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
BEING all of Lot or Subdivision Number 15
in Block.19 as laid-down and delineated on the map
of the Buena Vista Addition, reference being hereby
made. to the copy of,said map filed by request of
Edwin Goodall on October 20, 188 7, in the Office
of the .County Recorder of the said County of San
Luis Obispo. Being all of that certain piece or
parcel land.described in deed dated September 19,
1894, from Pacific Improvement Company to Southern
Pacific Railroad Company and filed for record
September 22, 1894 in Volume 24 of Deeds, Page 496,
San Luis Obispo- County .records.
The premises herein described are hereby granted subject to
that certain mortgage or deed of trust from Southern Pacific Railroad
Company and its Lessee, Southern Pacific Company, to The Equitable

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council•of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain deed dated'March 23, 1939, made and ex-
ecuted by Southern Pacific Railroad Company and Southern Pacific
Company, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo the real pro-
perty situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
BEING all of Lot or Subdivision Plumber lb in Block
19 as laid down and delineated on the map of the
Buena. Vista Addition, reference being hereby made to
the copy of said map. -filed in- request of Edrein
Goodall on October 20., 1887, in the office of the
