SEQUOIA SYNDICATES as Grantor, hereby grants to the
(a.limited partnership)
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the follow-
ing easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
An easement to maintain, repair, replace,.enlarge and operate an
open storm drain, and install drain pipes in the future, in and
across a portion of Lot 14, of the Yoakum Poultry Unit, City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the Map of.Yoakum Poultry Unit filed for record on
March 11, 1927, in Volume 3 of Maps at Page 89, in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
Said easement to be two and one -half feet (2h') wide lying on the
northerly side of a line common to Lots 14 & 15 and commencing at
a point along the northeasterly line of Rockview Place (formerly
Yoakum Lane, County Road $27) and perpendicular thereto and extend-
ing one - hundred and sixty -five feet (1651) along said common line
on Lot 14.
IN WITNESS WMEOF, Grantor have hereunto caused his name to be sub-
scribed this 13th day of December , 1979.

pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
