Paul and Delphine R. Jones as Grantor, hereby grants to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the follow-
Lng easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
An easement to maintain, repair, replace, enlarge and operate an
open storm drain, and install drain pipes in the future, in and
across a portion of Lot 15, of the .Yoakum Poultry Unit, City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the Map of Yoakum Poultry Unit filed for record on
March 11, 1927, in Volume 3 of Maps at Page 89, in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California..
Said easement to be two and one -half feet (2k') wide lying on the
southerly side of a line common to Lots 14 & 15 and commencing at
a point along the northeasterly line of Rockview Place (formerly
Yoakum bane, County Road #27) and perpendicular thereto and extend -
ing one - hundred and sixty -five feet (165') along said common line
on Lot 15.
