grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipai,Corporation, as Grantee,
the following temporary construction easement across the following described
parcel of land:
That portion of Lot 16, Block 6 of the Imperial Addition as
recorded December 21, 1891 on Page,128 of Book A in the.
County Recorder's Office, County-of San,Luis.Obispo,
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 16 thence
southerly along the dividing line of Lot 16 and 17, a
distance of 30 feet to a point, thence easterly parallel
to Humbert Avenue a distance of 35.00 feet,.thence
northerly parallel to the dividing line of Lots 15 and
16 to the southerly line of Humbert Avenue, thence
westerly along the southerly line of Humbert Avenue to
the point of beginning.
Said temporary construction easement shall cease and terminate upon
completion of construction, but in any event, shall cease and terminate not
later than January 1, 1982.
