County of San Luis Obispo, in Book A of Maps at page 47 on October 20, 1887,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the above described
Lot 9, the true point of beginning; thence South along the
westerly line of Lot 9, also being the easterly R/W line of
Swazey Street, a 30 -foot street, a distance of 32.75 feet to a
point; thence northerly along a circular curve concave to the
west having a radius of 34.00 feet and a radial bearing at the
last described point of North 58032'00" West through a central
angle of 31028'00" and an arc length of 18.67 feet to a point;
thence North a distance of 15 feet, more or less, to a point
on the northerly lime of Lot 9; thence West a distance of 5.00
feet to the true point of beginning.
