BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 5,
according to map of Norton's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo,
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, said point being the northwest corner of the property
conveyed by Lulu R. Caudill to Guy Bartlett and wife; by deed
recorded in Book 116 of Official Records, at page 309, records
of said County; thence southerly along the west line of the
property so conveyed and the land conveyed to Cecil G. Evans et al,
.by deed recorded in Book 98 of Official -necords, at pate 424 and the
land conveyed to John 'ru. Barrios by deed recorded in Book 116 of
Official Records, at page 108, records of said County; and the
southerly extension of said westerly line, 287.1 feet, more or less,

RESOLUTION No. 461 (Hew Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM
H. C. KINSMAN AND ELLA KINSIUN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis -
Obispo that that certain deed dated August 24, 1939, made and
executed by H. C. Kinsman and Ella Kinsman and quitelaiming unto
the City of-San. Luis Obispo for street .purposee certain portions of
Lots 20 and 21 of the property of Vi. L. Beebee and C. H. Phillips
in the City of San Luis Obispo, as surveyed by'R. R. Harris in
November, 18749 according to the map thereof recorded in Book "A"
of Maps, at page 44, records of San Luis Obispo County, be, and
the same is hereby accepted.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed
to be recorded.in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Luis Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28the day of August, 1939, by
the following vote:
