Beginning at the northerly corner of said lot 6, thence south 570 31' west a
distance of 192.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence south 570 31'
west a distance 50 feet to a point; thence south 320 29' east a distance of
10 feet to a point; thence north 570 31' east a distance of 50 feet to a point;
thence north 320 29' west a distance of 10 feet more or less, to the true
point of beginning.

pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
