JOHN AND LIVINA BORIACK`,l as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
As easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, and
remove a public storm drain and appurtenances in and across that portion
of_the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 27, Township
30 South Range 12 East, Mount Diable Base and Meridian, in'the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, being a portion of the land
described in the deed to Carlos Serrano, et ux, recorded in Book 157,
Page 454 of Deeds, records of.said County; said easement to be 12 feet
wide.
- Beginning at a point on the easterly property line of North Broad
Street at the southwest corner of the property described in Volume 852
Page 146.of Deeds; thence north 840 350 east along the northerly line
of Lots 4, 5, 6, and portions of Lot 7, a distance of 250.00 feet to a
point, thence north 50 25' -west a distance of 12.00 feet to a point,
thence south 840 350 west parallel to said.lots to the easterly line of
Broad Street., thence southerly along the easterly line of Broad .Street
to the point of beginning.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement
dated February 19 1981, from John and Livina Boriack
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 262 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
