EDWIN D. SCHRENK AND MELINDA A. SCHRENK, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an
easement for drainage purposes in, to, over, and under the real property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 8, Block F, Tract 60, as shown in.Volume 5,1 page
77, recorded October 19, 1950, . official records, San Luis Obispo
County:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 8, thence north 00
08' west along the westerly line of Cuesta Drive a distance of
15.00 feet to a point, thence south 890 50' west along the northerly
line of the existing 1540 feet easement a distance.of 72.2+ to
the true point of beginning, thence along a curve having a radius
of 25.00 feet concave northerly through an,angle of -890 24' for a
length of 39.01 to a point on the existing easement, thence south
0 46' east a distance of 24..74 thence north 890 50' east to the
true point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
