A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FRO41 C. E& LONG et al
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as followse,
That that certai�i deed made and executed by C. U. Long
and Ethel E.. Long and granting unto the City of San Luis Obispo
the real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Southerly line
of Palmy Street with the Southerly extension of the Wester-
ly line of Grand Avenue; thence Southerly, along a line
which would be the Southerly extension of the W.%esterly
line of Grand Avenue, to the Northerly line of Monterey
Street; thence Easterly along said Northerly line of
Monterey Street to its intersection with the Southerly
line of Palm Street; thence Westerly along said Southerly
line of Palm Street to the oint of beginning ;,and being
