MISSION GROVE ASSOCIATES, hereinafter known as Grantor, hereby grants
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as Grantee,
the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, improve and enlarge
the creek channel on those portions of lots I, 2, and 3 in
block 68 of the town of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on a map filed in Book A,
page 168 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, lying northwesterly of the following described line:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of parcel I as described
in a deed recorded February 27, 1968, in Book 1465 at page 662
of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, thence North 35 °511 West a distance of 82.13 feet
to the true point of beginning,

recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
