Reserving, however, to parties of the first part, their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, the right and easement to erect and maintain on and along the rear and
side boundary lines of said lots of land, telephone poles and lines and poles and lines
for the transmission of electricity and electric light and, power, with all necessary ap-
purtenances for the operation thereof;:,with the right to-.grant such privileges and ease-
ments to others, said poles, lines' and - works, however not to be placed within one hun-
dred (100) feet. of anyistreet, designary6d _N6n ^the aforesaid map.. 4=+�
Subject to the following reservations: conditions and restrict.� t:
FIRST: That no building, tent or tenthouse or other structure whatsoever shall be
erected, placed, moved or permitted to be on the aforesaid land or any part other than
a first class private residence and outbuildings appurtenant thereto, which outbuildings
must be constructed or placed thereon subsequent to the erection of said residence, and
which said residence shall cost and be worth not less than the sum of $3,000.00, and shall
be located not less than 25 feet from the front line of said lot, except as to lots fronting
on Broad and Almond streets, residences upon which shall be located not less than 20
feet from the front lot line.
SECOND: That upon any breach of any of said restrictions, covenants or conditions,
the title to all said land shall immediately revert to and vest in parties of the first part,
their successors or assigns, who shall thereupon be entitled to enter and take posses-
sion of such premises; but said reversion shall not affect any valid, bona fide mortgage
or deed of trust given as security. which shall in good faith have been given and which
was a lien upon said premises at the time of said breach; provided, however, that the
mortgagee or the purchaser under said deed of trust or any sale of said premises under
or by virtue of said deed of trust, or foreclosure of said mortgage, their successors in
interest by purchase or otherwise, shall be bound by said restrictions, conditions and
reservations.

A RESOLUTION ACCHPtING A DEED FROM G. Me P.
ANHOIJi AND KIRSTINE ANHOLM,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:
That that certain deed made and executed by GB rv,.P. Enholm
and Kirstine Anholm and granting unto the City of San Luis Obispo
the real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo' State of California., described as follows:
Lot 152 Block 16, according to the Map of
Anholm Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo
recorded 'May 13, 19217, in Book 3 of asps, at page
91, records of said County,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be
recorded In the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Luis Obispo,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San
