2 of Maps at Page 36, in.--the office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo
lying westerly of the following described line:

Beginning at the southerly corner of a 0.489 acre parcel as recorded
in Book 8.of Records of Surveys at Page 45, in the office of said County
Recorder, said parcel being a resubd.ivision of portions:,af Lots 39 and 40
of said California Park .Subdivision, thence North 830 09' East along the
southerly boundary line of said parcel a distance of 9.3.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence departing from said boundary line North
320 00' East a distance of 149.00 feet, thence North 180 10' East a distance
of 86.40 feet., more or less, to the northerly boundary line of a 1.285 acre
parcel as recorded in Book 7 of Records of Surveys at Page 96; in the office
of said County Recorder, said parcel being a resubdivision of portions of
Lots 31 and 39 of said California Park Subdivision.
Grantee shall also have general right of access for the purposes of
performing flood control maintenance to the above described property over
grantors property, said access area described as a.strip of land 80.00
feet wide easterly ofand contiguous to the above described easterly
easement boundary.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Corporation Grant Deed dated February 8, 1982, from the Corporation of the
Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a Utah
Corporation sole, to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the San Luis Obispo
City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959
Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San
Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
