Janne Gallion and Karen C. Gallion as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, A Municipal Corporation, as Grantee., the following easement
for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance purposes in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, over portions of
their property described as follows:
Parcel A
The Southerly six feet of Lot 100 of Mt. Pleasanton Square Addition
to the City of San Luis Obispo in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California according to a map
recorded November 7, 1923, in Book 3, at page 34 of Maps.
Parcel B
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 27, Township 30 South,'Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian according to the official,plats of the survey of.said lands
returned to the General Land Office of the Surveyor General.described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Said Lot 100 of Said Mt. Pleasanton
Square Addition; thence North 89 °00:'00 "' East 50.00 feet to the Southeast.
corner of Said Lot 100; thence South 1100'00" East 4.00 feet; thence
South 89000'00" West 50.00 feet; thence North 1000'00" West to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
The total easement containing 0.0115 acres, more or less.
