R. HOWARD STRASBAUGH, INC. , as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following
eas =-sent in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:.
An easement with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom
to construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace,.increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes,
accessories and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under,
along and upon that portion.of Lot 45 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban
Tract, said lot being shown on a map of said Tract filed for record in
Book 1 of Records of Surveys at Page 92 in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county; easement being a strip of land 28.8 feet in
width within said Lot 45 being more particularly described as follows:
That portion of said Lot 45 lying contiguous to the northwesterly
line of said Lot, being 28.8 feet in width measured at right angles to
said northwesterly line, lying between the southerly line of Meissner
Lane which is noted as a 30 foot -wide road on said map of said Suburban
Tract and the most northerly line of that certain easement granted to
the City of San Luis Obispo by deed dated November.1,2, 1980, filed for
record in Volume 2284 of Official Records at Page 588 in the Office
of t::e County Recorder of said County._

accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded.May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County., California., and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly ,authorized officer -of his agent.
