A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM A. V. CLINE
AND EDNA.LEE CLINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain deed dated May 172 1940, made and exe-
cuted by A. V. Cline and Edna Lee Cline and conveying to the City
of San Luis Obispo a portion of Lot 20 of the property of W. L.
Beebee and C. H. Phillips in the City of San Luis Obispo as surveyed
by-R. R. Rarris is November, 1874, according to the map thereof,
recorded in Book A of Mcips,_at page 44, San Luis Obispo County
Records, more particularly described in said deed, reference to
which is hereby made:, be, and the same is hereby acdepted by the
City of 'San Luis Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th dap of blay 1940, by
