BARNEY MARTELLA AND DANIEL MARTELLA as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation,
as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,
to construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace, increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes,
accessories and appurtenances,-for a sanitary sewer system under,
along and upon that portion of Lot 21 of ORCUTT SUBDIVISION as
recorded on Page 19 of Book l of Licensed Surveys in the office
of the County Recorder.,-:and lying westerly of the most westerly
line of.Parcel A of Parcel Map No. S.L.O. 73 =362 recorded on Page
54 of Book'15 of Parcel Maps in said County Recorder's Office.
Said easement being the 'S_'ly- 17, °ft:.> measured at right angles and
parallel to the southerly line of said Lot 21.'
