Harry L. Fierstine and Arline Fierstine, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair and improve the creek
channel within the northeasterly 55 feet of Lot 9, Block 13, of
the Anholm Addition of the City of San Luis Obispo as per map
recorded in Book 3 of Maps at Page 91 in the Office of the
County Recorder lying easterly of the following described line:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of said Lot 9; thence
North 700 03' East 65.00.feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence South.230 35' East 54.6' to the southerly line of the
parcel of land deeded on April 17, 1972 to ._Arline Valdez an
unmarried_womai,_ by deed recorded in Vol.. 1663 at Page 835"
of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County.
Easement to be irrevocable by the Grantor and heirs, executors,
Administrators, agents or assigns..
