THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the of
19 5�_23 , by Santa Lucia Hills Inc.
of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, herein-
after termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate,
irrevocably, to the public, an easement, for public road pur-
poses, which offer may be accepted at any time by any governmen-
tal entity which has the power to establish, construct and main-
tain roads.
. NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as
follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following in-
terest described below:
All that real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, being Parcel C of Parcel Map SL 68 -16, a map of said
Parcel Map being recorded in Book 2 of Parcel Maps at Page 83 in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in per-
petuity offer to such governmental entity a dedication of a
public right -of -way for road purposes and incidental uses upon
the following described property:
All that real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, being a portion of.-Parcel C of Parcel Map
SL- 68 -16, a map of said Parcel Map being recorded in Book 2 of Parcel Maps at
Page 83 in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Said portion of
said Parcel C being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 98 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban 1164
Tract said Tract being shown on a map recorded in Book l of Record of Surveys
at Page 92 in the Office of said County Recorder; thence along the easterly
line of Lots 98, 99 and 100 of said Tract, South 24° 50' 20" East a distance of
871.80 feet to a point that is Borth 240 50' 20" West a distance of 99.88 feet
along said easterly line from the southeast corner of said Lot 100, said point ti
also being a corner of Parcel B of Parcel Map CO 67 -70 as shown on a map recorded
in Book 2 of Parcel Maps at Page 51 i,n the office of said County Recorder, said 0
point also being a point on the south6rl;; boundary line of said Parcel C of said
Parcel Map SL 68- 16,South 65° 10' 17" West 99.96 feet from the southeast corner o'f
said Parcel C; C=
Thence along said southern boundary line of Parcel "C" North 650 10' 17" East a
distance of 34.34 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to 'Lhe east, said point ,

being the True Point Beginning;
Thence through the following courses:
(1) Along said curve, tangent to a line which bears North 11° 08' 37" East, with
a radius of 180.00 feet through a central angle of 121 11' 53" for an arc
length of 38.32 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the west;
(2) thence along said curve, tangent to a line which bears North 23 0.20' 29" East,
with a radius of 120.00 feet through a central angle of 48° 10' 50" for an arc
length of 100.91 feet to a point on the easterly boundary line of said Parcel
(3) thence South 240 50' 20" East 117.83 feet along the easterly boundary line-to
said southeast corner of said Parcel "C ";
(4)*thence South 65° 10' 17" West 65.62 feet along the southern boundary line of
said Parcel "C" to the True Point of Beginning;
Containing 0.60 Acres.
3. That until such time as the above offer of dedication
is accepted by such a government entity, all owners of property
contiguous to the above described road parcel shall have the
right to the use of said road parcel as a private road.
4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication
shall be irrevocable and that such a government entity may, at
any time in the future, accept said offer of dedication of the.
public right -o£ -way.
5. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and
perpetual Offer to Dedicate is and shall be binding.on his heirs,
legatees, successors and assignees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Offer to Dedicate is hereby exe-
cuted by the said Offeror on the day and year first above writ-
ten.
