WILLIAM A. MOODY and WALLACE A. CHISM, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to maintain and repair San Luis Obispo Creek in and across
that portion of lots 12 and 13 of the Suburban Tract as recorded in Book 1
of Licensed Surveys at Page 92 in the Office of the Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo, California, and across that portion of lot 9 of Harford
and Chapman's Subdivision as recorded in Book B of Maps at Page 30 in the
office of said County Recorder, said easement lying northwesterly of the
following described line and as shown om Exhibit A:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of lot 13 of said Suburban
Tract, said point being on the Northwesterly right of way line of Avila
Road as shown on said Suburban Tract (since renamed Higuera Street); thence
leaving said right-of -way line North--640-05' West a distance of 1178
feet along the Northeasterly boundary of lot 13 to a point; thence depart-
ing said boundary line South 390 21'-28" West a distance of 95.43 feet
to the True Point of Beginning, said point being on the Southwesterly
line of the lands described in the deeds-to Hagop Kuden and Victoria
Kuden recorded in Book 88 at Page 176 of Official Records, Book 184 at
Page 60 of Official Records, and in Book 353 at Page 208 of Official
Records in the office of said County Recorder; thence South 390 21' 28"
West a distance of 3.49.23 feet to a point; thence South. 300 25' 32" West
a distance of 355.54 feet to a point; thence South 140 02' West a distance
of 208 feet more or less to the Southwesterly line of lot 9 of said
Harford and Chapman's Subdivision.
Grantee shall also have general right of access-for the purposes
of performing maintenance to the above described property over the
driveway and parking areas of grantor's property.

the Deed of Easement
dated March 23 1983, from William A. Moody and
Wallace A. Chism
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
