SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND RECONVEYANCE TIME SA0 AM
WHEREAS the undersigned CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
are the beneficiaries and EDRA E. SMITH
are the trustors under that certain Deed of Trust dated July 1, 1970
and recorded July 14, 1970 in Book 1571+ at page 73
Official Records of San Luis Obispo County, California, and
WHEREAS said deed of trust designated TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY
as the trustee, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned desire to substitute a new trustee under said Deed
of Trust in the place and stead of TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitute CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
whose address is: P.O. Box 321, San Luis Obispo, Ca. 93446
As Trustee under said Deed of Trust and said substituted Trustee does hereby remise,
release and reconvey, without warranty, unto the person or persons legally entitled
thereto all the estate in the premises described in said Deed of Trust, reference
being hereby made to said Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular
