Summary:
For Support Local,a focus during Q2 was Buy Local Bonus. For this campaign,Social Media,New Times
Gift Guide,KSBY,and The Tribune were the paid media tactics implemented.Instagram had a high
number of overall impressions and clicks.Although the CTR is below the benchmark of 1%,this number
is still positive due to the demographic that typically consumes reels has a lower propensity to click and
the total clicks are high. For a reel targeted to a wider age range, the CTR is higher than what would
have been projected. The KSBY homepage takeover and digital ads saw high engagements, with a total
of 157 clicks and a clickthrough rate of .15%which is within the industry average. The Tribune saw a high
number of impressions, with 185 clicks and a CTR just under the industry benchmark at .09%.
In addition to e orts related to Buy Local Bonus, the remaining three neighborhood videos were
completed,LoHi,Laguna, and Airport as well as a bonus Downtown video. In addition to adding these to
the website there was also a website content refresh.
