DEED OF EASEMENT APN 52- 252 -15
CAROLYN M. CRAIG, who acqui -red title as CAROLYN MILDRED LOWE, as Grantor,
hereby grants to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California;
An easement for access to and maintenance of water facilities within the
following described parcel and as conditioned by Exhibit A, attached:
Part of Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian, City of San Luis .Obispo, California described as follows:
Commencing at a redwood stake marked "A" in the west line of said
Section 23 as referenced in deed recorded at Book 241 Page 10 of San
Luis Obispo County Official Records, said point being distant South
0 °50' East, 943.14 feet from-the quarter section corner in the Westerly
line of said Section;
Thence, running from said point of beginning South 0 °50' East, 250.53
feet along said Westerly line of said Section 23 to a 2 inch iron pipe;
Thence, North 56 °24' East, 187.49 feet to a 2 inch iron pipe;
Thence, North 79 °07' 'East, 103.16 feet to the True Point of Beginning
being a point on the Westerly right of way line of the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company;
Thence., North 12 °30.' West, 60.00 feet along said Southern Pacific
Railroad Company right -of -way line to a point;
Thence, South 79 °07' West, 10.00 feet to a point;
Thence, South 12 °30' East, 60.00 feet to a point in the line of called
course North 79 °07' East, 103.16 feet;
Thence, along said line North 79 °07' East, 10.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning.

EXHIBIT "A"
CONDITIONS OF GRANTING EASEMENT
1. San Luis Obispo Associates will pay to Carolyn Craig the sum of $3,000
.for the described easement.
2. The construction of the water line will not prohibit pedestrian or
vehicular access to your property.
3. The construction period for installation of this line across this
easement area will not exceed 3 days.
4. The area of construction will be restored to its original condition.
5. A minimum of 30 days written notice will be given to you for any
non - emergency maintenance or expansion work on the water line.

the Deed of Easement

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political. Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
