DEED OF EASEMENT

WILLIAM Y. JEONG, and BEATRICE S. JEONG, as Grantors,
hereby grant-to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
A Waterline easement with rights of ingress
thereto and egress therefrom, to construct, maintain,
operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase
and /or change the number and /or sizes of the pipes and
appurtenances for a water system under, along, and
upon; and a Fire and Emergency Vehicle Access easement
along and upon that certain Parcel of Land known as Lot
38 of California Park Subdivision, as filed in Book 2
of Maps, Page 36 in the office of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
State of California; said easement being more
particulary described as follows:
Commencing at a 1/2 inch diameter rebar with
yellow plastic cap stamped L.S 3877 being the Easterly
most corner of said Parcel as shown on that certain
Record of Survey in Book 35, Page 20 of Licensed
Surveys, County of San Luis Obispo:
Thence, along the Southeasterly line of said
Parcel, S63 03116 "E, 11.87 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of said easement;
Thence, continuing along the Southeasterly line
of said Parcel, S63 0.3116 "E, 30.01 feet;
Thence, leaving the Southeasterly line of said
Parcel, N25 4814.4 "W, 21.35 feet;
Thence, S64 11'16 "W, 10.00 feet;
Thence, N25 48'44 "W, 10.00 feet;
Thence, N64 11116 "E, 10.00 feet;
Thence, N25 48144 "W, 93.00 feet;
Thence, S64 11116 "W, 6.00 feet;

Thence, leaving said Northwesterly line,
S25 48144 "E, 160.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF'BEGINNING
of said. easement.
Except therefrom that portion.of said Parcel
described as an exception to Parcel 1`, conveyed to
Ludwig Kubick, et. al., by deed dated November 25, 1959
and recorded January 4, 1960 in Book 1040, Page 533 of
Official Records.

Beatrice S. Jeong
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
