THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the 4th day of

19 84 , by Santa Lucia Hills, Inc.
of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, her termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate,
irrevocably, to the public, an easement, for public road pur-
poses, which offer may be accepted at any time by any governmen-
tal entity which.has the power to establish, construct and main-
tain roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as
follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following in-
terest described below:
All that real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, being Lots 111
and 112 of the Suburban Tract as recorded at Book 1 of Parcel
Maps at Page 92 in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in per-
petuity offer to such governmental entity a dedication of a
public right -of -way for road purposes and incidental uses upon
the following described property:
That Portion of Lots 111 and 112 of the Suburban Tract as re-
corded at Book 1 of Parcel Maps at Page 92 in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, said parcel more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe distant North 60 48' 47.1" West a
distance of 272.21 feet from the corner common to said Lots 111
and 112 and the Easterly right -of -way of the Pacific Coast
Railroad (formerly Santa Maria Valley Railroad) as shown on said
map, said point also being the Northeasterly right -of -way corner
of Tank Farm Road as shown on the plat of Tract 929 Unit 3 and
4 as recorded at Book 11 of Maps at Page 97 in the office of
said County Recorder; thence through the following described
courses:
a) through a tangent curve concave to the Southeast, said
curve having a tangent bearing of North 760 13' 21" East,
a radius of 802.00`feet, and a central angle of 200 55' 43"
for a distance of 292.95 feet in a Easterly direction;
b) South 820 50' 56" East a distance of 165.77 feet;

for a distance of 31.42 feet in a Northerly direction;

nearing of North 82° 50' 86" West, a radius of 20.00 feet,
and a central angle of 90 00' 00" for a distance of 31.42
feet in an Easterly direction;
f) South 70 09' 04" West a distance of 104.00 feet;
9) North 820 50' 56" West a distance of 265:77: feet
h) through a tangent.curve concave to the Southeast having
a radius of 698.00 feet and a central angle of 21° 58' 21.6"
for a distance of 267.68 feet in a Westerly direction;
0 North 60 48' 47.1" West a distance of 104.89 feet to
the point of beginning.
The above described parcel containing an area of 60,313.66 square
feet (1.3599 Acre) .
3. That until such time as the above offer of dedication
is accepted by such a government entity, all owners of property
contiguous to the above described road parcel shall have the
right to the use of said road parcel as a private road.
4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication
shall be irrevocable and that such a government entity may, at
any time in the future, accept Said offer of dedication of the
public right -of -way.
5. That said Offerer agrees that this-l.L-revocable and
perpetual Offer to Deaicdte is and shall be binding on his heirs,
legatees, successors and assignees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Offer to Dedicate is nereby exe-
cuted by the said Offeror on the day and year first above writ-
ten.
