Frazier, a married woman, as their sole and separate property, as GRANTORS; hereby GRANT TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE the following easements in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: Parcel 1 An easement for a waterline pumping station with the right to maintain reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, enlarge and /or add to said pumping station, and all appurtenances thereto: All that real property situate in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, being a portion of the west one -half of the northwest one - quarter of Section 22 in Township 30 South Range 12 East M.D.B. & M; said portion of said Section 22 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southwesterly right of way line of State Highway No. 1, said point being identified as being 75.00 feet left of Engineer's Station 73 +07.44 on Right of Way Maps on file with the California Department of Transportation; Thence, along said right of way line North 450 20' 00" West (North 450 07' 30" West, according to said Right of Way Maps) 58.50 feet to � 00 VOL 2679 PAGE 940 the True Point of Beginning; Thence, leaving said right of way line and at right angle to said right of way line, South 440 40' 00" West 52.00 feet; Thence, parallel with said right of way line, North 450 20' 00" West 19.50 feet to Point "A "; Thence, continuing parallel with said right of way line, North 450 20' 00" West 24.50 feet to Point "B "; Thence, at right angles to said right of way line, North 440 40' 00" East 52.,00 feet to a point on said right -of way line which lies South 450 20' 00' East 25.51 feet. along said right of way line from a property corner described on said Right of Maps as being North 450 07' 30" West 128.01 feet from said point on said right of way l i n e described as being 75.00 feet left of Engineer's Station 73 +07.44; Thence, South 450 20' 00" East 44.00 feet along said right of way line to the True Point of Beginning. PARCEL 2 An easement for access to the waterline pumping station herein above described by Parcel 1 with the right to maintain, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace and increase the size of said access: All that real property situate in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of C a l i f o r n i a , being a port ion of the west one -half of the northwest one - quarter of Section 22 in Township 30 South Range 12 East M.D.B. & M.; said portion of said Section 22 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at Point "B" herein above described in Parcel 1, said point being the True Point of Beginning; Thence, along the northwesterly line of said Parcel 1, North 440 40' 00" East 52.00 feet to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of State Highway No. 1, as described'in said Parcel 1; Thence, along said VOL 2679 PAGE 941.. right of way line, North 450 20' 00" West 16.00 feet to a point on said right of way line which lies South 450 20' 00" East 9.51 feet along said right of way line from said property corner described in Parcel 1 as being North 450 07' 30" West 128.01 feet from said point on said right of way line described as being 75.00 feet left of Engineer's Station 73 +07.44; Thence parallel with said northwesterly line of said Parcel 1, South 440 40' 00" West 52.00 feet; Thence, South 450 20' 00" East 16.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. D.B. & M; Said portion of said Section 22 being a 15.00 foot wide strip of land lying 7.50 feet either side of the following described line; Beginning at the northerly corner common to Lots 27 and 28 of Tract 1182, a map of said tract being recorded in Book��of Maps at Page 2.T in the off ice , of the County. Recorder of said County, said point also being on the line common to said Lots 27 and 28 and that certain parcel noted as "Not a Part" on said map; Thence, leaving said common line, North 340 19' 25" East 66.20 feet; Thence, North 640 08' 55" East 287.20 feet; Thence North 00 48" 27' West 68.71 feet; Thence, North 110 10' 02" 75.49 feet; Thence, North 200 53' 41" East 23.93 feet to Point "A" herein above described in Parcel 1.
