to the Map recorded October 11, 1887 in Book A at
page 132 of Maps in the. Office of the County
Recorder of said County described as follows.
Commencing at the centerline monument of Osos and
Church Streets, thence along said centerline of
Church Street South 530 07' 00 West 74.89 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said
centerline, South 660 51' 32" East 16.1.6 feet;
thence North 530 07' 00" East 36.81 feet to the
extension of the Southwesterly Right of Way of Osos
