FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
ANTHONY WOLFE and SUZANNE D. WOLFE, as Grantors
hereby GRANT(S) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to maintain and repair a drainage way and related improvements
in and across that portion of Section 25 of Township 25 South, Range 12
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the.City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, being an,gasement.for
drainage, creek access and maintenance in its natural state with the .
right to make improvements, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 3/4" Ip''at the most northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of
Tract 92 as shown on Book 6 of Maps at Page 3 on file in the County
Recorder's Office in said County and State, also being the tract corner;
thence North 24° 13' 34" East, 223.09,feet; thence South 74° 16' 26"
East, 23.50 feet; thence South 24'0 13' 34" West, 33.00 feet; thence
South 60 16' 26" East, 50.00 feet; thence South: 35,6 16' 26" East,
122.00 feet; thence South 840 16' 51" West, 177.42 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
