OFFER TO DEDICATE
THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the 22nd day of November
1985, by Las Brisas Retirement Residence,"an Oregon general
partnership consisting of Colson & Colson Construction'Co.,
partner, an Oregon General partnership consisting of William
E. Colson, partner, and Hugh D. Colson, partner; and James L.
Huddart, partner, Harold Christman and Landra Christman,
husband and wife, partners, Sami T. Akrawi, partner, Douglas
J. Guillon, partner and Clifford B. Curry, partner,
hereinafter termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to
dedicate, irrevocably, to the public, an easement for public
road purposes, which offer may be accepted at any time by the
City of San Luis Obispo or entity which has the power to
establish, construct, and maintain roads as prescribed herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises,as
follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following
interest described below:

That parcel being a portion of Northerly 1/2 of Section
1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian, in the.County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, beginning at the most Southeasterly
corner of Tract 208, said point being on the North line
of Orcutt Road (40 feet wide); thence North
8024'50" West, 296.64 feet; thence North 54'50" West
212.77 feet; thence North 49000'19" East, 150.15 feet;
thence North 61057'54" East, 315.94 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot 10, Tract 138, in said City;
thence Southerly along Westerly line of said Tract 138,
South 37020' East, 144.00 feet; thence South 27020'44 ",
East, 150.86 feet.; thence South 0054' East 495.62 feet
to a point on the North line of Orcutt Road (40 feet
wide); thence along said North line South 89010' West
511.06 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in
perpetuity, offer to the City of San Luis Obispo, dedication
of a public right -of -way for road purposes and incidental uses
within-the above- described property as shown on the attached
Exhibit A and described as follows:
A portion of said parcel being a portion of Northerly
1/2 of Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, beginning at the most
Southeasterly.corner of said Tract 208, said point
being on the North line of Orcutt Road (40 feet wide)
and being the true point of beginning; thence North 80
24'50" West, 18.16 feet; thence North 89010'00" East,
513.44' more or less to a point on the Easterly line of
said parcel; thence South 0054' East 18.00 feet to a
point on the North line of Orcutt Road (40 feet wide);
thence along said North line South 89010' West 511.06

3. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication
shall be irrevocable and that such a government entity may, at
any time in the future accept said offer of dedication of the
public-right-of-way.
4. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and
perpetual Offer to Dedicate is and shall be binding on his
heirs, legatees and assignees..
In witness whereof, this Offer to Dedicate is hereby
executed by the-said Offeror on the day and year first written
above.

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded
June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer or his agent.
