For -a valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the EDWIN LAWRENCE O'REILLY FAMILY TRUST, as
grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered
municipal corporation, as grantee, an irrevocable and perpetual
easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent vehicular access easement over the below-
described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "subject
property ") from Auto Park Way to that certain drainage and public
utility easement described on the map of Tract No. 347, recorded
at Page 23 of Volume 7 of Maps of the Records of San Luis Obispo
County on March 3, 1967. Said permanent vehicular access easement
shall exist only over such driveways and existing access routes
as are normally used for traffic over the subject property.
Grantee hereunder agrees to make good faith attempts to notify
the occupant of the subject property prior to entry on the
subject property.
A legal description of the subject property over which
this easement is granted is as follows:
