an easement for the installation, maintenance, repair and
.removal of a water pipeline and appurtenances more
particularly described as follows:.
A strip of land 10 feet in width, over portions of Lot 1 and 3
of Johnson's Subdivision, the City of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as recorded in Volume 20 of. Deeds at Page 480,
et seq., San. Luis Obispo County Records; the centerline being
as follows:
Beginning at corner J.22 at the northeast corner of Lot 4 of
said subdivision as said corner is shown on the map of Tract
120, recorded in Book 6 of maps at Page 4, records of said
County; thence South 70 51' East along the east line of said
Lot 4 a distance of 5.05 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence along a curve, concave to the southeast having a radial
bearing at the true point of beginning of North 700 04' 16"
West, a radius of 100 feet and a central.angle of 130 29' 13 ",
23.54 feet; thence along a line tangent to said curve, North
330 24' 57" East, a distance of 89.77 feet to the Southerly
right -of -way line of Highland Drive as shown on said Tract
