That portion of the Northeast quarter of theeNortheast quarter'of Section 28,
Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the City of San
Luis Obispo, said land being a portion of the property conveyed to Peter C.
Curry, a married man, as his sole and separate property, by deed dated
May 1.0, 1976, and recorded in Volume 1898 of Official Records at page 161,
Records of the County of San Luis Obispo, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a 1" iron pipe located N 42042'E 324 -.00 feet from the most
Southerly corner of Parcel A of Parcel Map CO -74 -50 as recorded in Book 17 of
Parcel Maps at Page 7, Records of said County, being the true point of
beginning;
Thence North 5 010' West 2.9.67 feet along the westerly,line of said Curry
parcel to a point; thence N 42 °42'00 "E 59.97 feet to a'point; thence along a
curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 547.00 feet through a
central angle of 13 °27'14" and an arc length of 128.44' to a point on the
southeasterly line of said Curry parcel; thence along said southeasterly line
South 40 046'04" West a distance of 207.26 feet, more or less, to the true
point of beginning. Said dedication containing 2,981 square feet, more or
less, and includes all that portion of said Curry property within 38 feet of
the line labeled "future" and "new" centerline of Foothill Boulevard as
delineated on City Plan No. B -9145, on file at the Office of the City
Engineer of the City of San Luis Obispo. -
