grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO., a,Municipal Corporation, all of
their rights, title, and interest to the following described property in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 1, Block 17 of the Central Addition to the City of
San Luis Obispo according to map recorded in Book A, Page 54 of Maps
in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, more
particular described as follows:
Beginning at a point on Toro Street Which is the Southwesterly corner
of Lot 1 and the Northwesterly corner of Lot 16, said point is shown
on Record of Survey filed in Book 7, Page 103, thence North 420 59'
West along the:westerly line of Toro Street a distance of 25.71 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 420 59' West
along said easterly line .a distance of 70.00 feet to a point, said
point is shown on said Record of Survey, thence North 470 01' East a
distance of 15.00 feet to a point, said point is shown on said Record
of Survey; thence South 300 53' 20" East a distance of 71.59 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
