GRANT DEED
IN CONSIDERATION of $10.00, the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation of the State of California, does
hereby grant to HENRY C. DALESSI and E151A DALESSI, husband
and wife, as joint tenants, all of the real property situated
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Lot "D ", according to map of the Resubdivision of Lots
589 619 622 63, 64, and 65, of the Rano'hos Canada de los
Osos and La Laguna, as surveyed by R. R. Harris in
January, 1875, and filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
Saving and excepting from said Lot "D" that portion
which lies on the South and West side of the Arroyo
de San Luis Obispo, conveyed to Benjamin Bacon by
deed dated July 24, 1883, and recorded in Book Q of
Deeds, at page 314, records of said County.
IN TITNESS + "THEREOF, said CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a mun-
icipal corporation, has hereunto caused its corporate name to
be subscribed and its`seal affixed by its Mayor and City Clerk,
thereunto duly authorized by Ordinance No. 274 (New Series)
(finally passed and adopted on September 3, 1946 by the City
Council of said municipal corporationl,this 9th day of
January, 1947.

OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, the municipal corporation that executed
the within instrument, and known to be me be the persons who
executed the within instrument on behalf of the municipal
corporation therein named, and acknowledged to me that such
municipal corporation executed the same.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain deed dated July 29th , 1946
made anbeaecuted by W, .C.. Wickenden, and conveying to the
City of San Luis Obispo the following described real property,
