FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Great Western Savings, a federal savings and loan association, as grantors,
hereby GRANT(S) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns forever, the following:
An easement to install, repair and maintain a traffic signal controller,
service equipment and necessary connections in lot 1, block 97 of the
Mission Vineyard Tract at the southwest corner of Marsh and Chorro
Streets, in the City of San Luis Obispo.
Beginning at a point 14.8 feet southeasterly from the 'most.northerly _corner
of lot 1 along the Chorro Street property line, thence 4 feet along the
same line; thence southwesterly 4 feet perpendicular to the Chorro
Street property line; thence 4 feet northwesterly parallel to the Chorro.
