WILLIAM Y. JEONG, and BEATRICE S. JEONG, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of.
California to wit:
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
A Waterline easement with rights of ingress
thereto and egress therefrom, to construct, maintain,
operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase
and /or change the number and /or sizes of the pipes and
appurtenances for a water system under, along, and
upon; and a Fire and.Emergency Vehicle Access easement
along and upon that certain Parcel of Land known as Lot
38 of California Park Subdivision, as filed in Book 2
of Maps, Page 36 in the office of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
State of California; said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a .1/2 inch diameter rebar with
yellow plastic cap stamped L.S. 3877 being the Easterly
most corner of said Parcel as shown on that certain
'Record of Survey in Book 35, Page 20 of Licensed
Surveys, County of San Luis Obispo:
Thence, along the Northeasterly line of said
Parcel, N 25 ' 48' 44 "W, 101.27 feet, to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of said easement;
Thence, continuing along the northeasterly line
of said parcel, N 25 48' 44 "W, 10.00 feet;
Thence, S 64 11' 16 "W, 11.87 feet to the
Northwesterly line of an existing waterline easement
shown in Volume 2629, Page 584 of Official Records;
Thence, along said Northwesterly easement line,
S 25 48' 44 "E, 10.00 feet;
Thence, N 64 11' 16 "E, 11.87 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement.
